Move to SSL-Only Effective May 6, 2018
Effective May 6, 2018 we are going to close down the http:// connection to transactiontracking.com. All users accessing transactiontracking.com using http:// will be automatically redirected to the https:// (encrypted) connection. You may want to check with your IT team to ensure that stores can access DTS Connex using https://www.transactiontracking.com.
Introducing Safe Count Lite
We launched a new Safe Count type dubbed “Safe Count Lite”. This new tool enables clients to capture change fund and till counts as part of the deposit creation process.
Message Center Updated to Support 20,000 Character Messages
DTS Connex Message Center is a free tool available to all clients. It offers a simple and effective way to send important messages to your cash room and field personnel. We’ve increased the character limit to 20,000 characters to support more robust communications.
Enhancements to Deposits and Change Orders by Mail
More and more of our clients are utilizing non-armored courier service as part of their transportation tool kit. Curious? Check out this webinar featuring H&R Block and Caleres.
Here’s a list of the recent enhancements we’ve made to this service:
- Phone number field added to the location profile to make it easier for USPS/UPS to contact a local representative for pick-up requests
- “Mailer Created” date and time and tracking number now available on the Deposit Search and Tracking download
- Option added to force USPS signature capture for change order deliveries to ensure drivers deliver orders to an employee inside of the location
- Option added to turn off pick-up requests for locations that receive scheduled service or utilize a nearby drop-off location
We are hosting DTS Connex Workshops in Seattle (May 2, 2018) and Atlanta (May 31, 2018). These one-day workshops will feature interactive client presentations and demos, previews of new developments, and ample opportunity to offer feedback and ideas.
